Gave hand-holding and reassurance as needed. They were exceptionally gracious about all my many questions. Selling my home ended up being far more stressful than I'd imagined. What seemed simple in my mind and would take no time at all quickly grew into lots of things to do and not enough time to do them! For every expected item Randy and his team were filling me in ahead of time on what was coming next and for every unexpected item they encouraged me to not stress as they had a solution. Jennifer and Randy are a great husband/wife team. There were several things that we think set them apart from other realtors. We never felt pressured to make an offer on a condo we viewed. They constantly provided us data on condos that recently sold in the two condo communities we were considering. We worked primarily with Jennifer, and she always quickly responded to the many emails we sent her over our year long search for our ideal condo. In addition to having them as your realtor, you find yourself quickly developing a personal relationship with them.
