First-time home buyers, here! We had no idea how the home-buying process worked or what to expect, but the RMH team was so patient with us as we asked our plethora of questions (sometimes answering the same question multiple times!). They really took the time to get to know us and our preferences, then they took those into consideration as we toured various homes. If we wanted to see a home—they made it happen ASAP! The Miller team is incredible! Very kind and personable with professional experience. I took a job offer out-of-state and had to move quickly. I wouldn't have chosen to try and sell my house in the winter, but Randy and Jennifer Miller were not deterred! As a first time home seller, I was anxious and already worried about the move. Randy and Jennifer were excellent help-- they were with me the whole way and answered all my questions, while providing suggestions and assurances. I ended up having to move before the house was under contract, and the Miller team seamlessly moved everything along while I was remote. They even helped me to find a realtor in my new location!
