The sale of my Mom's house was challenging on many levels. Her health dictated she leave her home suddenly, my brother, sister and I all live out of the area and the home's equity was quickly need to pay her assisted living expenses. My sister and her husband said "let us call Randy, he did a great job when we sold our home". That was a huge relief, knowing we had someone we knew we could trust as a professional and as a friend. Many obstacles came up along the way and because of Randy's extensive knowledge and experience, he was able to talk us "off the ledge" and keep things in perspective.
