We had a very difficult transaction, not due to our part, he was patient, kind, and always available. As a past Realtor myself, I recognized the quality and skills that he has. Randy really understand what we were after even though we did a 180 on the type of property we were purchasing. His communication with the listing agent allowed us to make the right winning offer. His service after the sale continues to help us as extensive remodeling is needed to make it our own. He has been with us every step of the way.
