Randy did a fantastic job of listing my home, and brought me a full-price offer in eight days. He was proactive during the listing process, and also while the home was being shown to various buyers. He worked diligently to sell my home in a difficult economy- not once, but twice. The first attempt to sell was September 2025, and the sale fell through just days before closing escrow in November, through no fault of Randy’s. He relisted my home in February 2026, and found a new buyer immediately. The fact that I was willing to list with Randy a second time after the first sale fell through is a testament to my confidence in his abilities. No transaction is going to be perfect, so here is where I think there could be improvement- when the other party wants an extension to closing escrow, I would suggest an uptick in communication as to the reason(s) why, and how it will affect the timeline. This would alleviate a lot of stress. My work with Randy began in September 2025 and ended in April 2026, all during a challenging market. I’m very grateful for his experience and expertise.
