I remember a time when Randy showed me a house that was under construction. It was raining that day and the house entrance was muddy. As we were walking out of the house, Randy walked on the mud, grabbed a piece of wood and placed it on the muddy entrance for me to walk on!! :) Randy responds readily to my requests and he followed up with me after my house purchase to make sure all my questions were answered.
