We had to leave South Florida for Texas sooner than we had hoped and with little advance notice we left our empty townhouse located in Doral in Rafael's hands. We agreed on an asking price and then Rafael kept us informed every day. He did a great job in separating the "tire-kickers" from the true purchasers and got our townhouse sold in a matter of weeks and at the price we had set. Describing Rafael's work could be as simple as it is complicated, due to the large number of factors that make him one of the most outstanding and efficient in the real estate market.
