Rachel Sivak has always believed that the spaces we live in shape the way we experience life.
Growing up in a subterranean home her father designed and built on their family farm in rural Pennsylvania, Rachel developed an early fascination with how thoughtful design influences the way people live. That unusual childhood home sparked a lifelong appreciation for architecture, space, and the feeling of home - a perspective that continues to guide her work today.
Rachel brings a designer's eye and an investor's mindset to the art of real estate. With more than a decade of experience as a licensed Interior Designer and Project Manager in commercial interiors, she offers clients a rare ability to see beyond a home's present condition and recognize its full potential. Since 2014, Rachel has personally renovated six homes across Colorado, giving her firsthand insight into construction, budgeting, and the strategic improvements that add meaningful value to a property.
Her approach is also informed by her design education. Rachel studied Interior Design with a focus on sustainable design and spent time abroad in Copenhagen exploring Scandinavian simplicity and the Danish concept of hygge - creating spaces that feel warm, intentional, and deeply livable. Today, she applies this perspective to help clients evaluate possibilities, prioritize what matters most, and make thoughtful, confident decisions, whether searching for the right home or preparing one for market.
Known for her calm, thoughtful approach, Rachel views real estate not just as a transaction, but as an opportunity to build lasting relationships and help clients achieve their ideal lifestyle. Buyers and sellers appreciate her professionalism, keen design sensibility, and ability to uncover opportunities others might overlook. She is deeply committed to creating an experience that feels seamless, empowering, and genuinely enjoyable - ensuring her clients feel supported at every step while she manages the details behind the scenes.
One of Rachel's favorite parts of the process is preparing homes for market. Drawing on her design background, she often goes beyond traditional staging to thoughtfully elevate a space - including guiding clients through updates that maximize appeal and value - highlighting its architecture and character so it resonates with buyers. Watching her clients see their home presented at its best - and take pride in it - is deeply rewarding. Just as fulfilling is showing buyers homes, helping them discover neighborhoods and features they didn't know they'd fall for, and experiencing the excitement as they find a home they truly love.
Now based in Colorado for more than 16 years, Rachel draws inspiration from both her rural roots and the vibrant communities she now calls home. Her appreciation for art, architecture, and culture - shaped through travel and years of hands-on experience - allows her to guide clients toward homes that not only meet their needs, but reflect the way they truly want to live.
When she's not working with clients, Rachel enjoys a variety of creative and active pursuits. She can often be found throwing pottery, watercolor painting, hiking Colorado trails, swimming, or gathering friends for a spirited board game night. A devoted animal lover, she spends plenty of time playing with her dogs and photographing her cats. Whether traveling with family and friends, savoring a homemade afternoon latte, or dreaming up her next home renovation project, Rachel approaches life with curiosity and creativity - the same spirit she brings to helping clients find a place that truly feels like home.
