Rachel Sirlin is by far, the most competent and responsive Real Estate agent I've worked with when buying or selling my home! From day one, Rachel gave me honest and upfront feedback on what improvements and staging should be done to my home to maximum the sales price. Within days of signing with Rachel, she had her photographer take amazing photos of my home and posted the listing. Within 8 days, I had multiple offers/bidding war, and accepted an offer above the asking the price. Rachel was very flexible and accommodating with home showings, especially since I work from home...and I was always given ample time to prepare. Rachel fought for every dollar during the negotiations and made selling my home a breeze, including the closing process! Awesome experience, and couldn't be happier with Rachel. So great! Rachel helped me find a great place in my small window of time and tight restrictions on area. Needed to stay in a certain part of town for my kids school, and she went above and beyond to find a place for us where we can be happy and stay within our community. I wouldn't have looked where we ended up at all, and I'm so happy that she suggested it.
