I was immediately impressed with her detailed knowledge of the area—she knew what homes were available (their price, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and garages as well as the price), the details of other recent homes that were just sold. She was bright, articulate and her demeanor was refreshing and made conversation delightful. What I found most impressive, is that she intently listened to what a needed and what frustrated me with my past Realtors. In fact, I had just parted with my recent agent and she seemed a perfect-/which by the way, she was. I am a very difficult client and I expect the best and she delivered. She works tirelessly, perusing the market to identify potential prospective properties for me to purchase, while gaining incite into home values and what might my homes sell for. In addition, she still has the time to provide her other clients with expert service-not sure if she actually has time to sleep. Her greatest aptitude is her desire and what makes her one of the best realities in southern CA, is her ability to determine her clients needs and desires and work tirelessly to fulfill them. She is passionate about her chosen profession and is always trying to improve her craft. SHE ALWAYS DOES WHAT IS IN HER CLIENTS BEST INTEREST, even if that means she loses money.
