I have worked with many realtors over the years and Rachel helped me sell my home. Rachel was a great advocate during negotiations and made great suggestions to making my home more marketable (My home needed a lot of repairs). Rachel was very knowledgeable about the local market and kept great communication during the entire process! I really appreciated the notifications I received about showings (as I did not live in the home that was being sold).

Rachel was able to assist the buyers with the lending process. We had some repairs that needed to be done that were being credited to the buyer. Rachel has allot of knowledge in that area and was able to facilitate the credit process with the lender. She was very helpful throughout the whole process.

This was not a traditional purchase to begin with. I was assuming the Seller's mortgage. The mortgage company gave us a handful of twists and turns which Rachel navigated brilliantly. However, ultimately, I decided to go conventional, and Rachel was always attentive, accommodating and prompt with communication. What an educated, knowledgeable professional Rachel is. A plus!!!
