Rachel Hutchings was such a delight to work with in the search for our next house to call home here in the Santa Rosa Beach area. My husband and I were both so very impressed with her professionalism. We gave her a list of our “wants” and she went to work right away. She has so much knowledge of this area, has a great relationship with builders and/or investors who are looking to sell so she’s in the know about up and coming listings that have not even hit the market yet. She prompted us to go look at a home such as this and it was EVERYTHING we wanted! We were blown away! Because it had not hit the market yet, we were able to go in with an offer (with no competing offers) and it was accepted. She stayed on top of everything between us, the seller/investor and the builder throughout the whole process to ensure the home was completed to our liking. AND even after closing just a week ago she has remained in touch with us all to make sure a few things are being taken care of that were delayed due to the building industry. Rachel knows her business backwards and forward. She is not afraid to ask the tough questions and literally will think of things to ask that you didn’t even think about. She is so very efficient! We loved how quickly she returned calls, emails and texts whenever we had a question about something. Deciding to buy/sell a home is a huge life decision. Most of us have a lot more questions than answers on the intricacies of the process. Rachel has now walked us through our second purchase of a home in Santa Rosa Beach. Our first was a vacation/investment property and now our permanent residence.
