Rachel Hutchings was such a delight to work with in the search for our next house to call home here in the Santa Rosa Beach area. My husband and I were both so very impressed with her professionalism. We gave her a list of our “wants” and she went to work right away. She has so much knowledge of this area, has a great relationship with builders and/or investors who are looking to sell so she’s in the know about up and coming listings that have not even hit the market yet. She prompted us to go look at a home such as this and it was EVERYTHING we wanted! We were blown away! Because it had not hit the market yet, we were able to go in with an offer (with no competing offers) and it was accepted.
