A real estate agent like Rachel is truly hard to come by. I’ve worked with other agents in the past, and they didn’t take the time to get to know me. They didn’t have my best interests in mind, and they weren’t totally transparent with me. Their goal was to get the sale, not to take care of their clients. Rachel is the complete opposite. She is a bulldog (in the best way possible)! She will fight for you. Her integrity is refreshing, and she would rather see you in a home that is best for you than push to get sales. She takes her time to truly weed out the junk that’s on the market to get you into your dream home. Her communication is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, and if she doesn’t have an answer to your question, she will absolutely go above and beyond to make sure you do get the right answer. I could not recommend her enough!

Rachel and I connected after I made an inquiry on Zillow. I was house hunting at the beach first, so I needed someone with knowledge of Riverside, Avondale, Springfield, and Murray Hill when I decided to make the switch to that side of town instead. She was always available, informative and reliable. She knew about prices and best streets and what to look for. I wanted to see several properties before selecting one, and she was ok with that. She also explained things to me as we went along. I'm a first time home buyer so it all sounded like crazy talk to me. I'm a single woman, buying a house on my own.
