Rachel was such a great realtor and exactly the person we didn't know we needed. First off, Rachel spent a lot of time with us preparing our home for showings and her attention to detail was very apparent. Beyond that, Rachel's diplomacy blew us away. She not only knew how to talk firmly yet not insulting with negotiations with the other parties involved but she also knew how to talk us through some difficult decisions, discussions, and showed us that she truly cared how we felt and how we wanted to move forward through the whole process. We could not have done any of it without her and her professionalism was far above par.

Because of her help with staging, and marketing we sold our house for a fair price in less than a week in a very sluggish market.
