This is our second time using Rachel to purchase an investment property. We were super excited to have the opportunity to work together again! She even had Plan B ready when we had a glitch in the lending process. Her response time is that of a best friend’s, always there for us within minutes! She even volunteered to make it to a few appointments that we could not be there for. I truly can keep going on and on. Rachel helped my son with the purchase of his home and then we had the pleasure of working with her on the purchase of our new home several months later. Her communication was always spot on, with lightening speed responses, especially when setting up house viewings I was interested in seeing. She was all around on top of it! Rachel was also very knowledgeable when we were in the houses, educating us and providing beneficial comments about HVAC stuff, flooring, appliances, pointing out areas of concern and always showed up having her homework done with printouts of the Seller's Disclosures and general property info. And most importantly, Rachel really had a keen eye for what we were looking for, assisting us in fine tuning our search. Rachel's connections in the community I feel played a huge role in our ability to outbid other offers in this very competitive market. And then the closing was one of the easiest I've ever done. She had document ready to sign in a heart beat and her follow-up with my mortgage company was seriously stellar, keeping us on track and making the closing date less than 3 weeks from signing the contract. I don't feel like we would be in our new amazing home without her skills and knowledge as a Real Estate Agent.

Rachel went above and beyond. I had a difficult seller, as well as bank. She was in constant communication with both to ensure the deal closed in a timely manner. Without her, I would have walked away from the deal and the bank altogether. Highly recommend her as an agent.
