Rachel's connections in the community I feel played a huge role in our ability to outbid other offers in this very competitive market. And then the closing was one of the easiest I've ever done. She had document ready to sign in a heart beat and her follow-up with my mortgage company was seriously stellar, keeping us on track and making the closing date less than 3 weeks from signing the contract. I don't feel like we would be in our new amazing home without her skills and knowledge as a Real Estate Agent.

Rachel went above and beyond. I had a difficult seller, as well as bank. She was in constant communication with both to ensure the deal closed in a timely manner. Without her, I would have walked away from the deal and the bank altogether. Highly recommend her as an agent.
