She went above and beyond by showing us homes that we were interested in by video when we hadn't yet arrived in the area; and helped us analyze properties from the point of view of our family's needs. We never felt pressured to proceed - quite the opposite - she encouraged questions, patiently provided information and gave honest advice. As a member of the Boise community herself she was able to share knowledge with us about more than a "real estate transaction".
