Jennifer was super responsive navigating us through the process. She was able to coordinate staging, photos, and inspection follow up actions in a very prompt and effective manner. Jennifer has a ton of useful tips and tricks to make the house look great and appeal to a large audience. Jennifer was able to answer any questions and help us navigate the unique aspects of interfacing with our relocation company.
Jen is so positive and encouraging during what is definitely a stressful and sometimes not fun process! That type of energy is so awesome to have on your team. She knows the market and how to navigate it. She is very patient with first timers like us, also a huge plus! Definitely recommend.
Jen was fabulous to work with from start to finish. We were relocating to Meridian and needed to find a home fast, and Jen matched our sense of urgency every step of the way. She even wrote up our offer from inside the Albertsons Starbucks to keep things moving. On top of that, Jen genuinely helped us feel like we were landing somewhere with a community, not just a house. Every conversation she'd mention people we might connect with or things going on in the area. She also came through with recommendations for everything from garage floor epoxy to cleaners, which made settling in so much easier. Jen made what could have been a stressful, rushed process feel seamless. Thank you, Jen!
Jennifer was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. She has her clients best interest in mind! She is all around a great person to work with!
It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer. She was recommended to us by our relocation company and we are very pleased to have met her and have her on our side during the purchase of our home. As a seasoned realtor, she demonstrated great knowledge of the Boise area, the real estate market and how the purchase of a home via a relocation package works. She went above and beyond by showing us homes that we were interested in by video when we hadn't yet arrived in the area; and helped us analyze properties from the point of view of our family's needs. We never felt pressured to proceed - quite the opposite - she encouraged questions, patiently provided information and gave honest advice. As a member of the Boise community herself she was able to share knowledge with us about more than a "real estate transaction". Finally, the people that we met along the way that have worked with her in some way, shape or form, have her in high regard and we think that that speaks volumes of her ethics as a professional and her kindness as a person. Jennifer is a gem and we highly recommend her!
