Brian is a tenured real estate professional in every sense. His knowledge of the market far exceeded our expectations. He went above and beyond in his commitment to serving our needs in every way. He was consistently in contact with us and readily available upon text or call. We appreciate his time and effort in selling our home.
Brian Zufelt is an amazing agent. His knowledge of the market and resources in the area helped us land several offers, which ended in a successful sale of our home. I would definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home.
Brian was truly one of the best agents we have ever worked with. I was not available to tour houses with my husband and Brian, but Brian always made me feel included by ensuring that I could be on the phone via FaceTime as the signal allowed. After each tour, they would get in the car and call me back so I could be a part of the discussion. He was always very honest in what he thought about each house, the condition, location and resale value of the house. Brian was so patient in seeing house after house (virtually all of them being over 30 minutes, sometimes an hour, from his office) with us until we found the perfect house. We found out that we would be able to assume the VA loan on the house, and with the current interest rates being so high, this was a huge win. Little did any of us know just how long the process would actually take (a week shy of 4 months). There were several times during the assumption process when my husband wanted to stop the assumption and just go with a traditional VA loan, but Brian kept encouraging him to keep going, reminding him how it would be worth it in the end. I, for one, am quite thankful for this. All in all, I could not have asked for a better experience with an agent. Not only did he help us find our perfect house, but he has made it known that he will be there for us in the future should we need anything. Finding a better agent than Brian would be a difficult task.
Brian did a fantastic job in finding out what we were looking for in a home, as well as the area we wanted to explore. He is very knowledgeable of the Sacramento valley communities and market. He did excellent research, which streamlined our search and maximized our tour time on properties best matching our wish list. He was quick to book viewings, and made time for for us as the market moves fast on the best homes. I would highly recommend Brian for your next home purchase or sale.
Our property was a bit unique and fell outside the normal family residence layout, but Brian was able to successfully market our home. Not only did it sell, but it sold for well above our asking price. Well done Brian and thank you for your hard work and expertise.
Brian is the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He thought of solutions to every problem that arose during our buying process and helped us secure great deals twice in very competitive markets. I was appalled at his energy and drive to help us with find the right home within our budget. Even when I thought all was lost, Brian was able to work magic and get us the home that we wanted. He always treats us as family, even dropping off gifts during the holidays. If you want a brilliant master negotiator Brian is your guy!
Thank you so much for helping to sell my house quickly and easily during a difficult situation.
Brian was more than helpful with navigating us through the whole process of selling our home and buying a new one. Thanks Brian!
Brian is very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. We were impressed with his ability to communicate . He has a special talent for making the seller and buyers feel comfortable and able to trust him with the details of the sale. Brian was very positive which gave us confidence in his ability to market our home. He was very skilled at negotiating the repairs, and the sale. He puts extra effort into everything he does. He did a huge Open House for us complete with his own homemade cookies, and drinks. He was hands-on with helping us with the paperwork, and questions that we had. He was always there for us. He was able to exceed our expectations and secure more than the list price.
Brian was fantastic to work with. From his initial walkthrough and advice before we decided to list with him, advising us on each of the many offers in only 4 days, all the way to closing. There’s always going to be hiccups when selling a home and Brian worked his magic and kept the ball rolling. Even when our movers ran out of space on the truck and we needed to find homes for our excess furniture, he stepped up and helped in the final hours of the move.
So grateful we could work with Brian on the purchase of our new home. Brian was always quick to respond and willing to show us anything we wanted in a short timeframe. He knows the market and his connections with other realtors helps him stay competitive and informed on current trends. He is honest and goes above and beyond for his clients to make sure they are happy with their decision. We have made a friend for life and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
