I inherited a house in El Dorado Hills. Since I live in Arizona, I decided to sell the house. Brian was recommended to me because of his willingness to go far beyond just listing and selling a house for out-of-area sellers. He did exactly that. In spite of falling out of escrow three times, Brian always managed to get it right back into escrow and the house closed 6 weeks after listing for asking price.
