Honest! Very professional. Great personality and can make a connection with just about anyone. Knows the market and quality of construction. We walked through close to 50 homes before I found the one I purchased. Brian took the time to show me properties and was patient with me. He listened to what I wanted and there was no pressure to purchase a property I didnt want. When it came time to negotiating, Brian excelled. He was able to reduce the price of the home and got the seller to pay for expenses including an extended home warranty. Great guy & Great realtor.
