Brian is very knowledgeable and experienced in the sale of homes in our area. He is a hard worker and marketed the home to a large geographic area. He helped us with recommendations and contacts to get the home ready to sell. Brian’s communication was outstanding throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Brian to anyone who has any real estate needs.

Brian was attentive and a great listener and worked hard from start to finish. He even went the extra mile on things a realtor wouldn't normally do to make the whole process seamless. There were some humps in the road but he managed those with poise and professionalism and expertly guided us through the entire process. I definitely give my whole hearted recommendation.

I've dealt with many realtors throughout my life, and Brian was by far the most knowledgeable about the local and regional market economic driving factors which helped a lot on the timing we sold, etc. The first buyers pulled out and he wasn't discouraged, he just told us, we still have time to get more than your asking price, and not only did he make good on that prediction, but he also helped negotiate with our buyers and they ended up paying half of our solar commitment. I would not give any higher recommendation to Brian Zufelt, that was the best experience we've had with a realtor.

Brian is excellent! I would strongly recommend him as a realtor. Brian was amazing to work with. He is very knowledgeable and an expert in all aspects of the home selling process. He is also very connected in the area and he gets things done when needed. Brian has a very friendly and supportive personality. He shows that he cares about every individual in the selling process. He is responsive and punctual. I am also very impressed with his marketing skills. He finds unique ways to promote the property and he knows where and how to reach the right buyers. We are so happy we chose Brian as our realtor!!

We've worked with a number of real estate agents in the past but have never had an agent so committed, skilled, and helpful. Brian goes above and beyond for his clients. His expertise resulted in our sale being smooth and trouble free

I was referred to Brian from a friend and let me just say that Brian met all expectations and exceeded most of them. He was prompt and helped me prepare both of my homes for sale and worked well with my tenant on my rental property. He had a very specific agenda of how to prepare, photograph, market and list my homes so I was not competing with my own potential buyers and he was able to pull it off just as he said he would. He also sold BOTH OF my homes for well above the asking price. He has a great team of craftsmen and lenders and title people who he works closely with BUT he was also willing to roll up his sleeves and do things himself which saved me time and money. He even drove out of the area to pick up a new oven for me in his truck on his "free time"!! And his negotiations transcend just when he was fighting for me on the price of the home... he also worked with the craftsmen on securing a great deal. I always felt like he had my financial well-being at the fore front. He is the only realtor I will ever use in the future.

Brian represented a couple who purchased our home. He is truly a full service agent. He made the transition for the buyers into our home seamless and he made the sale fair and simple.

This was my first experience with Brian Zufelt with real estate, Amazing! We had everything go so smooth and effortless. He was able to exceed our expectations on the close of our home. Attitude, knowledge and customer service were all five star. We love Brian and would recommend him very highly for anybody in the market.

This was my first time working with Mr. Brian Zufelt. I was very pleased with my decision to utilize his knowledge and expertise. He was always on time, had all documents prepared correctly and was very enthusiastic about getting my family into out dream home. I will forever refer all clients to Mr. Zufelt. If you have any doubts, I can assure, there is no better! Period.

I choose Brian because I knew whom from my neighborhood. He’s very professional and very personable.

I changes agents to Brian after learning my first agent was not going to list my home for what I knew it was worth. Brian arrived at my home within a matter of hours. He was the ultimate professional. He answered all of my questions and he gave me a plan to follow to get my house staged ASAP.

Brian went above and beyond as our Realitor. Brian is easy to talk to and everyone loves him.  He is extremely hard working and really knows the real estate market.  Brian has a great team of professionals that helped us get the home ready for sale. But he is also extremely handy himself and was able to fix a few things (free of cost) and you would have thought he hired a professional. He even surprised us and power washed our front and backyard and it was amazing what a difference that made on our home.  You can’t go wrong hiring Brian he’s awesome.
