I've dealt with many realtors throughout my life, and Brian was by far the most knowledgeable about the local and regional market economic driving factors which helped a lot on the timing we sold, etc. The first buyers pulled out and he wasn't discouraged, he just told us, we still have time to get more than your asking price, and not only did he make good on that prediction, but he also helped negotiate with our buyers and they ended up paying half of our solar commitment. I would not give any higher recommendation to Brian Zufelt, that was the best experience we've had with a realtor.

I was referred to Brian from a friend and let me just say that Brian met all expectations and exceeded most of them. He was prompt and helped me prepare both of my homes for sale and worked well with my tenant on my rental property. He had a very specific agenda of how to prepare, photograph, market and list my homes so I was not competing with my own potential buyers and he was able to pull it off just as he said he would. He also sold BOTH OF my homes for well above the asking price. He has a great team of craftsmen and lenders and title people who he works closely with BUT he was also willing to roll up his sleeves and do things himself which saved me time and money. He even drove out of the area to pick up a new oven for me in his truck on his "free time"!! And his negotiations transcend just when he was fighting for me on the price of the home... he also worked with the craftsmen on securing a great deal. I always felt like he had my financial well-being at the fore front. He is the only realtor I will ever use in the future.
