Great Realtor to work with. Found him through his Facebook page, and I had worked with his dad in the past. He showed us a few houses and we found the right one after a few weeks of shopping. He got a great deal; he was able to suggest and guide us with mortgage companies as well.

Finding a perfect house took us a few more months than others. The market was hot in 2021, but Prajwal was great at suggesting how much to offer on homes. He never made us put more than enough in any place. After shopping for a house for a few months, we finally found one and got it under contract. The bank value came in just few thousand lower than what we offered but that wasn't a big deal. Even in a hot market, I feel like we got a good deal.

Prajwal was great with negotiating the property for us. We bought the newly built house, and he provided us with closing costs from the seller and discounted the contract price.
