Destroyed sale of house Ioved and had won the bid for the next day by inexplicably telling seller's agent I did not want the house. SA unable to reach him by phone twice next day. Did not know any of this. PS pushed me toward another house, claimed recent flood remediation at house I thought I had obtained, also claimed "bad blood" with SA. Would not give straight answers for 3 days. Have documentation of every aspect of this. PS attitude is Oops, sorry. Still has not returned earnest money. Beyond dreadful. Engage at your peril.
