Phil made the selling process as easy as possible, obtained the highest price that the market would bear, and handled all the little pesky details to make sure we had a smooth closing. His expertise was evident from pricing the home, preparing for the photos, hosting the Open House, negotiating a successful offer, meeting with the home inspector, appraiser, property manager, and even doing the work of the buyers agent to make sure the deal stayed together. Phil is not only an expert when it comes to real estate, but he is also a master at dealing with his clients emotions, and honestly, that is often the key to keeping a deal together.
