Philip is a natural in the industry, and even more importantly, he loves meeting new people, building relationships, and making friends along his journey.
Prior to representing buyers and sellers in real estate, Philip worked in the manufacturing industry for twenty-five years, and had worked at L’Oreal Cosmetics for ten years. In 2001, he moved to Northeastern Pennsylvania where he then started his real estate career in 2006. His favorite real estate story is when he had the opportunity to meet Ryan Gosling while filming “Blue Valentine” in a property that Philip had listed at the time. With his years of experience and success, Philip proudly delivers excellence to his buyers and sellers with an expansive awareness of the local market in Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Philip currently resides in Lake Ariel with his wife of almost forty-years. There he has a small farm where he raises a horse, chickens, ducks, geese, turkey, and goats. He has two grown children and four grandchildren.

He provides real estate service to both buyers and sellers throughout Lake Ariel, Greentown, Gouldsboro, Honesdale, Hawley, and in Pike and Wayne counties and beyond.
