We had an excellent experience with Peyman regarding purchasing our new home. He quickly realized what type of homes we are interested in given our budget. Peyman showed us several houses and we fell in love with one in Laguna Niguel. He then immediately started the negotiation process and we felt comfortable with our 2nd offer. Peyman worked hard with the selling agent on the 2nd offer and finally it was accepted. We then were ready for the rest of the process to finish ASAP. He also got us a nice discount for some minor issues that came back from the appraisal. Peyman also worked hard to get us some things that we wanted to stay behind at no extra cost to us (like refrigerator, washer & drier).
