They introduced us to great contractors, insurers, etc. If they knew of owners with properties that had the same plan as the ones we were interested in, and had been renovated or changed the way we wanted, they would take us there just so we can see the changes and get ideas. We met a lot of great people through them. They also would brainstorm with us on ideas for renovation, etc. Home buying can be a stressful process, and Peyman and Shima made it go very smoothly for us. As I said before, highly recommended.
