I like working with Peyman when it comes to my real estate needs, he is very caring, knowledgeable about the real estate market and analysis He will try to find you the best deal possible we sold our house in almost a week! - We recently made two transactions with Peyman 1) we sold our primary house in a week over the market price and 2) bought another house at below market! He is really good at negotiation. He is also not pushy and tries to help you out with your real estate needs. The other reason I like working with Peyman is even after the transaction is closed out but, he is still involved and trying to answer all your questions! Which many agents are hands-off and after they receive their commission they will disappear but NOT Peyman.
