Petra has an excellent knowledge of how to present a house and made a fast and very good job when she made the open house.

Petra and Christie did a wonderful job. Petra spent several days showing me houses and used her experience and expertise to point out certain possible issues as well as positive aspects. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Market conditions drastically hampered the sale of our home. Petra did the best she could for us under the circumstances. She went above and beyond to accommodate the demands of the buyers who were unreasonable and played us the entire time.

Ms Knauthe went out of her way to help me understand the market and pricing conditions by touring a number of properties on sale with me. While the listing price she suggested fell in line with what I expected, we ended up listing the property higher to give us negotiation room. When multiple offers came in she patiently explained the various conditions attached to those offers. Our closing was complicated because it was an estate sale with multiple beneficiaries, one of whom a foreign national. Ms Knauthe (and her stand-in, Ms Cline, while she was out of the country) made sure everything proceeded according to plan and schedule. I always received immediate feedback to any questions I had or problems that surfaced--down to the very last minute repairs that needed to be done (facilitated by Ms Cline). Despite many obstacles throughout the process, the closing happened on time, thanks to Ms Knauthe's expertise, vigilance and responsiveness. I cannot recommend Ms Knauthe enough.
