Our closing was complicated because it was an estate sale with multiple beneficiaries, one of whom a foreign national. Ms Knauthe (and her stand-in, Ms Cline, while she was out of the country) made sure everything proceeded according to plan and schedule. I always received immediate feedback to any questions I had or problems that surfaced--down to the very last minute repairs that needed to be done (facilitated by Ms Cline). Despite many obstacles throughout the process, the closing happened on time, thanks to Ms Knauthe's expertise, vigilance and responsiveness. I cannot recommend Ms Knauthe enough.
