"Choosing Peter to sell my house in hindsight was by far the best decision I made that had anything to do with selling my house. Not only was the house sold quickly at a price that I was very happy with, but there were many issues that came up while closing the sale. Partially this was because I was dealing with my relocation firm. I had already moved out of the state and Peter just took care of all of them. For example, building permits that I thought were closed (I was at the final inspection and looking online the permits seemed to be closed) the town said were open, well it depended on who you talked to at the building inspectors office. Peter worked with the inspectors and contractors I hired to get the permits closed. There were about five issues like this where being out of state would have been a real issue for me to come back to Waltham to deal with or the relocation firm wanted to drop the property. Generally Peter is a great guy to deal with. When issues came up we just worked through them. I definitely felt like I had a strong team player on my side and I have to admit I did not feel like I was pulling much of the weight."
