Peter helped steer us through the complicated process of selling our Montclair home during the Covid-19 shelter-in-place orders. He mitigated many potential problems. He gave us recommendations for stagers, painters, and flooring contractors that we used. It took some repeated requests but he finally enrolled us in their home improvement program which became critical when one of the contractors changed their payment terms (pay now and not at close of escrow). This program paid the contractor after their work was done and the real estate company was reimbursed at close without any additional service fee to us. His honesty, helpfulness, patience, and years of experience in real estate were a big plus. He had a bit of a learning curve dealing with the home improvement program and the ever changing Covid-19 procedures, but we all got through it. It just took a lot longer than usual to get the house on the market. Since we could not use the traditional open house process, the virtual presentation package was critical. The package the team presented was excellent and included pictures, 3D house model/walkthrough, and a video flyover. We wished the bulk marketing blast was more timely since that may have generated additional offers since an open house was not permitted. In order to comply with the Covid19 access restrictions he had to schedule each showing since it was a limit of 2 people per 2 hour period. To maximize the tour effectiveness he pre-screened the financial readiness of potential buyers before giving out disclosures and scheduling tours. The end result: In two weeks after being listed we had multiple offers and the one we accepted closed in less than 30 days. We are giving him a 4.5 out of 5 star rating.

Peter was fantastic help for us as first time homebuyers. He was patient with our questions and knew more about houses, soils, microclimates and drainage than we knew existed. He was quick to call out things that looked good but had fatal issues and brought honesty to a process that doesn't seem to have it often. Will definitely work with him again!

Peter has been a wonderful, essential guide and helper through the complicated process of selling my Montclair home.
