Since then, he has attended Vintage Real Estate Academy, nursing school (where he earned his CNA), and was a small business owner for seventeen years. A desire to take charge of his own business and help others propelled Peter’s interest in becoming a real estate agent. During his nineteen-year career, Peter’s favorite aspect of his job continues to be meeting new people and addressing their real estate needs. When asked what sets him apart from his peers, Peter’s answer always comes back to his clients: he is proactively responsive to people and approaches every client relationship with honesty and integrity. Peter L. DeMarco is currently a resident of Sugarloaf where he is active in the community. Peter is currently a member of the Luzerne County Board of Realtors, Co-Chair of the Hazleton City Land Bank Board, and a Luzerne County District Attorney Youth Aid panelist. Additionally, Peter is a volunteer for both Nuremberg and Sugarloaf Fire Companies. When he has some free time, Peter enjoys hiking, target shooting, and photography—a hobby which certainly reinforces his eye for detail. Having grown up in Rutherford, New Jersey, Peter has unique insight into the Northeastern Pennsylvania region as both a local resident and someone new to the area.
