Mr. Ferrero is highly organized, methodical, analytical and devoted to his client. He is also the hardest working realtor I've had the privilege of working with. From the onset, Pete carefully mapped out the strategy for selling our home and kept my wife and I fully apprised. When Pete makes a commitment, he is all in. He gives much and expects much -- and sets a high bar. He is a strong communicator, a man of integrity and treats all with respect. Mr. Ferrero's loyalty and friendship are genuine and a reflection of his strong character. My experience working with Pete was very positive. I had a very tight timeline to buy a house (due to the rate increases) and Pete took a lot of time to understand my housing needs. Once we had honed in on a pricing range, Pete would go over the best housing candidates each week and arrange for visits to each home. This was particularly impressive since Pete lives in Boise and I lived in Twin Falls and yet there never was a time where the distance inhibited the buying process. This is a testament to how organized Pete is, since this very easily could have been a huge liability. At the end of it all, I was able to purchase a home that I am very satisfied with within my desired timeline. I would recommend Pete to anyone looking to buy a home in Boise.
