We owned a beautiful, unique house in Henrietta. When my husband was transferred to Ohio in January, 2024, he moved. The family & I stayed until school was out in June. (Go Bearcats!) We listed the house and moved the family that summer. We originally listed with an agent from Wichita Falls. They advertised near & far. But, they we're off on the listing price. It never sold. After my first agents' term ran out, we decided to hire someone local. I knew a little about Penny. She & I had attended a quilting weekend camp together a few years ago. She had invited me to her church when we were new in Henrietta. So, when I decided to go local, I only thought of her. Penny jumped in from the word, "go". She gave us a realistic expectation of what this house, in this market, should sell for. She was right. After waiting a year & a half. Penny took our house & sold it. She was extremely easy to work with. A very down to earth, Clay County, kind of lady. She knows her stuff. She sold our home, and relieved us the financial pressure of paying for two homes for over a year & a half. In this holiday season, I'm grateful!
