Peggy Hicks is the most professional, personable realtor I have ever worked with!! Her marketing is next to none and captured my home perfectly. She is incredibly responsive and made sure all of my wants were met because of her attention to detail and ability to hear my needs. Her communication style is perfection not only with me but all parties involved on the sale of my home. From the preparation of the sale, showings and closing, the ease of everything was because of her extensive knowledge and tremendous organization of everything. I highly recommend Peggy for any of your real-estate ventures!!

I've worked with Peggy as both a buyer and a seller. The common theme across both of those experiences was that she consistently makes the entire process feel effortless -- and I can't tell you enough what a godsend that quality is when it comes to transacting in the world of real estate. It's really why I refer to her as a "rare gem of an agent". But it doesn't stop there: She's high energy and very motivated. She's incredibly organized. She has amassed a solid pool of resources to pull from for a variety of situations related to both buying and selling. Her communication is second to none and her followup is near immediate. (I'm not even sure how she does it!) Communication and followup are vital because the decisions you make and the time it takes you to make those decisions can make or break a deal, and there's hundreds of thousands, or millions of dollars at stake. Not everyone I've worked with in the past understood that, but Peggy did. Most recently we worked together while I was selling a single family home. I would describe her approach as methodical and surgical. So many agents I’ve worked with in the past will simply throw everything against the wall and see what sticks, but Peggy really spends time crafting an approach, taking into account overall market conditions, your location, staging, photos, the kinds of buyers you'll be getting, what holidays are coming up, etc. She was just fantastic! To put it simply: after working with Peggy and getting to know her, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend her to anyone needing a rare gem of an agent; and if you're buying or selling real estate, that's exactly what you need.

Peggy was such a joy to work with! My fiancé and I started our home buying and selling journey about 9 months ago. Peggy showed us around several houses, one being a custom new built home - which we fell instantly in love with! We knew quickly that was the route we wanted to take. Without skipping a beat, Peggy jumped into action and started lining up meetings with the builder and their realtor so we could secure a lot that we had our eyes on. Throughout the next several months, we had numerous meetings with different vendors to pick out every aspect of our home, down to the color of our grout in the kitchen! Being new to this entire experience, we loved that she attended almost every meeting and was there for support. Building during a pandemic brought on some challenges and stresses, but she handled all the “heavy lifting” of the entire process, which to us made the process seem seamless and enjoyable. She went above and beyond her role and we cannot thank her enough! We absolutely love our new home and have made a friend in the process!

I had a very wide search for my next home and Peggy was outstanding on helping me focus on what was right for me as well as avoid some expensive items I would have not caught on my own. Overall a fantastic experience to get a home in a hard to buy area.

Peggy was great at navigating us through the entire sales process. Because of her direction and experience, we had multiple offers the first day that the house was listed and we received more for the house than we had expected. We had some challenges during the process including a tough closing due to multiple issues. Peggy jumped in and solved each problem quickly which would not have been the case with a less experienced or less diplomatic agent. Peggy is not a top agent for nothing.

I just wanted to thank you, Peggy, one last time for all the hard work you did helping us sell our house. The ‘big’ check is safely in the bank and our minds and bodies have moved on to our new home.
