Patient and resourceful

I had been looking for a single-family home for quite some time, and my criteria were fairly specific. Pedro was able to find several off-market properties that matched what I was looking for. While some of those opportunities didn’t work out, he was always willing to explore other options and pivot when needed. Eventually, we found a home that checked almost all of my boxes—and, best of all, we were able to purchase it without having to compete with other buyers. Overall, the process was smooth, and I’m very grateful for Pedro’s hard work, persistence, and help throughout the purchase.
