Paula is absolutely amazing. She has done a fantastic job at coordinating house showings to working nonstop to get us the house we wanted. She is so organized and detail-oriented that we never had to worry about a thing or even lift a finger when it came to the whole buying process. She stays on top of everything and works well to communicate with both us, the buyers, as well as the seller, seller's agents, title company, lenders, and anyone else involved in the sale. She makes sure we are informed of every single step and constantly gives us status updates. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community as well as tips for renovations we could do for our home. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She's also extremely personable, friendly, and makes the whole process feel comfortable enough that you don't need to worry about a thing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Working with Paula to sell my home in Colorado Springs was an exceptional experience.
