Paula Romanos

We’ve contracted with Paula for multiple transactions ( as buyers and sellers.) She has a great way of telling it to you straight without being harsh. Always professional. Great attention to detail. She makes an otherwise stressful process very manageable. You will always feel like you have the best agent in your corner!

Paula was by (and on) our side the whole way. She very quickly found the right house and the right deal for us and helped us close in 20 days. She knows this market and business well. Do not hesitate to work with her.

Paula is absolutely amazing. She has done a fantastic job at coordinating house showings to working nonstop to get us the house we wanted. She is so organized and detail-oriented that we never had to worry about a thing or even lift a finger when it came to the whole buying process. She stays on top of everything and works well to communicate with both us, the buyers, as well as the seller, seller's agents, title company, lenders, and anyone else involved in the sale. She makes sure we are informed of every single step and constantly gives us status updates. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community as well as tips for renovations we could do for our home. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She's also extremely personable, friendly, and makes the whole process feel comfortable enough that you don't need to worry about a thing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.

Working with Paula to sell my home in Colorado Springs was an exceptional experience. I’m not a big texter, so I really appreciated that anytime I had a question, I could just call her and she’d pick up or get back to me immediately. She never made me feel like I was bothering her and always took the time to explain the process clearly. She handled the entire sale with precision—especially when it came to negotiating repairs and ensuring the buyers were taken care of as well as myself. If you want an agent who communicates clearly and handles every detail with skill, Paula is the one.

We highly recommend Paula for all your real estate needs, buying or selling. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, dedicated and a pleasure to work with! She communicates well and is always on top of things, which is especially important if you are not or no longer local! Paula advises in your best interest, helping with negotiations and providing practical recommendations that show results.

It was wonderful to work with Paula! She is very knowledgeable of the buying process which kept us on track for a successful closing on our new home. She promptly answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns we had. We highly recommend Paula!
