Paula is absolutely amazing. She has done a fantastic job at coordinating house showings to working nonstop to get us the house we wanted. She is so organized and detail-oriented that we never had to worry about a thing or even lift a finger when it came to the whole buying process. She stays on top of everything and works well to communicate with both us, the buyers, as well as the seller, seller's agents, title company, lenders, and anyone else involved in the sale. She makes sure we are informed of every single step and constantly gives us status updates. She is extremely knowledgeable about the community as well as tips for renovations we could do for our home. She really does go above and beyond for her clients. She's also extremely personable, friendly, and makes the whole process feel comfortable enough that you don't need to worry about a thing. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would.

Working with Paula to sell my home in Colorado Springs was an exceptional experience. Paula did an incredible job. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area and has great attention to detail. My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and she was extremely organized and helpful in walking us through the process. She patiently answers all of our questions (there were a lot) and ensured we stayed on track with our deadlines. We bought our home virtually as we have not yet moved to Colorado Springs and she did a wonderful job working with us over multiple time zones to get a good house tour of our new home.
