I really appreciate the effort my real estate agent put into helping me find a home. She is a passionate and compassionate professional who genuinely cares about her clients and went above and beyond to locate properties that aligned with my needs. Her patience, dedication, and willingness to help made the buying of a home search a much more positive experience, including access to her network. One area where I believe there is room for improvement is in negotiating with the buyer’s/listing agent. I would have appreciated stronger advocacy and more strategic negotiation on my behalf, particularly when discussing terms and working to secure the best possible outcome. Overall, I am grateful for the time, care, and effort she invested in helping me.
