Although I am located in Massachusetts, Paul provided efficient, responsive, and professional representation from start to finish as I acquired property in Sonoma County for the first time. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and went the extra mile to ensure that the complicated transaction closed as smoothly as possible.

Paul showed us homes when we were visiting from out of state. He set up all of the appointments with a perfectly arranged schedule that fit very well within the tight time frame of our trip. He was very professional and gave us a good sense of the different neighborhoods in town. When we had questions, he was always patient and took time to address them. He was willing to give us his professional opinion and to help us search up any information we needed. We felt very comfortable and at ease with Paul. He had our best interest at heart and tried his best to help us in finding a home that suits our needs and in relocating to a new part of the country. I met Paul when one of his associates was hospitalized. I had specific wants and needs all based on VA loan amount approval. He worked with me on all aspects of first finding a home (48 homes we looked at ) His knowledge about what I actually qualified for and the VA would actually finance was huge. We settled on one house and a day before closing the VA underwriters backed out of the deal, Paul immediately found conventional financing which in the end only delayed the final closing by about two weeks. I was highly impressed with his perseverance and knowledge and extremely positive attitude. I will highly recommend Paul to all my associates looking to buy in Northern California. FYI, I am a huge supporter of Zillow and their format. Couldn't have bought a home without Zillow and Paul Walia.

I did a job transfer to a new location with my employer and was in need a finding a home in that town. It was a scary thing for me to move to a town I didn’t know. Or if I would feel safe there.Paul sent information daily on houses to see if I thought they would fit my needs. He also assured me he wouldn’t show me houses in areas that I wouldn’t feel safe. He spent a lot of time showing me several houses and never rushed me into making a decision. He was very patient and focused on finding me the right house. He made himself available at a moments notice to show me a property.If I wasn’t in town he would meet with my daughter and son-in-law to show them. Sometimes back again to show me when I got into town. I finally found the one that works for me. Paul worked withthe agent that was selling my home in the town I moved from. He was in constant communication with him to make sure everything was going smoothly. It was a pleasure working with Paul Walia.

He listened to what we shared with him and immediately started sending properties that we might be interested in looking at. He guided us to a lending broker that was excellent.Paul was in frequent contact with us and we were kept informed of new properties & showings were arranged quickly according to our schedule.Paul negotiated a great deal on our new home and helped close the deal by guiding us with inspections, utilities, & paperwork.We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Paul was the best one we've had the pleasure to work with.
