Kellie created a professional marketing package. Video, staging, advertising. All good. Possibly because of the complexity of the property, communication with the staff could have been better. Seemed like a lot of repetitive requests for information from us, the sellers. I am totally satisfied and grateful for the completed sale. The buyers have told us they are extremely happy to be there. Looks like a win all the way around.

His knowledge of the market and what buyers were looking for was instrumental in the quick sale of my mother's condo. He helped navigate and organize any needed repairs and upgrades that were needed. Reba was great to work with- she was great and clearly explained the process and guiding us through it (as it was our first time buying a home). It was a sought after home/farm style property and things got exciting towards the end where other buyers were interested in the property but she shepherded us through the process and helped us negotiate.
