Kellie created a professional marketing package. Video, staging, advertising. All good. Possibly because of the complexity of the property, communication with the staff could have been better. Seemed like a lot of repetitive requests for information from us, the sellers. I am totally satisfied and grateful for the completed sale. The buyers have told us they are extremely happy to be there. Looks like a win all the way around.

Bill made selling my mother's condo so easy. He was there to answer my many questions and guide me through the process. His knowledge of the market and what buyers were looking for was instrumental in the quick sale of my mother's condo. He helped navigate and organize any needed repairs and upgrades that were needed. His relationships with vendors helped to get everything done quickly and within budget. His strategy of pre-marketing the condo was genius. The condo was only on the market for 1 1/2 days before it sold. Selling or buying any type of property can be stressful and Bill's friendly and genuine nature made the whole experience enjoyable.

He set up getting prepared for sale clearly with known, quality vendors, educating me with what would help to sell the property best and what was not needed. Reba was great to work with- she was great and clearly explained the process and guiding us through it (as it was our first time buying a home). It was a sought after home/farm style property and things got exciting towards the end where other buyers were interested in the property but she shepherded us through the process and helped us negotiate. She has great and charmed the listing agent and helped negotiate a great deal!
