Just WOW! We are a military family and it was time for us to move again, but this time we were much more stressed—COVID was upon us and we were moving to the US from Israel. To make things worse, my wife and I decided that, because of our situation, we needed to buy a house sight-unseen. We were amazed at Paul’s breadth of knowledge concerning specific suburbs, weather considerations, commute times, and idiosyncrasies of Denver homes. Using his advice, we found the perfect home online and Paul immediately went over to the house for a virtual tour. Without us even asking, Paul returned to the house on separate occasions just to film 12 different videos of the property. His attention to detail and expert commentary allayed our concerns and made the process as transparent as possible. He was completely forthright about any problems with the home (no house is perfect), which eliminated all surprises when we arrived in person. Paul then led us through the contract process and helped us maneuver around another bidder and even successfully negotiate with the seller to have repairs done to the house—all while we were living 9 hours ahead in Israel! Because of Paul, we secured the exact house that we wanted, even in one of the nation’s most aggressive markets. When we arrived in person, everything was exactly as Paul had described and we loved the home even more than we had hoped. Paul is an amazing realtor, but what set him apart was what happened next. His empathy for our military life was astounding…we walked in the house and he had air mattresses set up for us, food and drinks stocked in the kitchen, and even lunch ready for us. This meant more to our family than you could even know. Honestly, we had another realtor before in Florida and we thought he was amazing, until we met Paul…he raised the bar to a whole new level!

Paul was our realtor for our recent home purchase and he was phenomenal! Paul is also just a fun guy to be around, which was a huge blessing during more stressful times of the process.
