We presented Paul with quite the challenge. Find us a home within our budget, that suited our particular style, that was near to elderly parent that also takes into account various financial complexities. Oh, by the way one of us is on the other side of the world in a different time zone. Easy enough? Paul was patient, flexible, creative, knowledgeable, and dilligent. He got us a great house that amazingly ticked all our boxes, and was a trusted companion on the journey. We would highly recommend him.

Paul is quickly capable; in the midst of buying one property, we decided to sell another. He jumped right in, changed 'hats' and it was, almost magically, done! He knows how to see the market, pricing for plenty of attention and serious offers. My husband and I worked with Paul Sardoch - Realty One Group to sell our lot at Coronado Shores, Oregon. We just closed and absolutely couldn’t be more thrilled!
