We presented Paul with quite the challenge. Find us a home within our budget, that suited our particular style, that was near to elderly parent that also takes into account various financial complexities. Oh, by the way one of us is on the other side of the world in a different time zone. Easy enough? Paul was patient, flexible, creative, knowledgeable, and dilligent. He got us a great house that amazingly ticked all our boxes, and was a trusted companion on the journey. We would highly recommend him.

Paul is quickly capable; in the midst of buying one property, we decided to sell another. He jumped right in, changed 'hats' and it was, almost magically, done! My husband and I worked with Paul Sardoch - Realty One Group to sell our lot at Coronado Shores, Oregon. We just closed and absolutely couldn’t be more thrilled! We had tried to sell the beach road lot by ourselves in 2009 to help pay for our son’s college and had even accepted an offer. Paul was the reason I was able to sell my house in Portland, of that I have no doubt. He recommended reliable, qualified contractors who solved several problems that needed doing before the house could even go on the market. Paul was outstanding to work with. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable Realtor to sell your home or buy a new one. Paul helped my wife and I sell our home last year and his approach to listing allowed us to sell for $20k more than we expected while still getting the rent back we needed to transition into our new home. Paul coordinated the photographer, energy score, and floor plans for our listing and came over himself beforehand to help us stage the property. I had lots of questions about the things that I could do to fix up the home before listing it and Paul not only had many conversations to advise me, but he also had a great book that really walked me through it step by step. He was a very strong negotiator and dealt with the contractors to get any of the work the buyer requested taken care of. Prior to selling our home Paul had helped my wife and I find a great home in a new neighborhood that was under construction. After we sold our home the contractor failed to finish the home on time and Paul confidently handled a complex negotiation to hold the contractor accountable and allow us to get all of our deposit back and exit the transaction free and clear. At the same time he was dealing with the contractor he worked diligently to find us an even better home that met all our needs and was located closer to my work. My wife and I honestly felt like it was so fortuitous that the new construction home fell through as we love the home we ended up with. I am exceptionally impressed with Paul's knowledge, experience, competence, and concern for his clients. I will absolutely be working with him again when it is time to sell my mother's home in a couple years and I recommend him to all my friends and coworkers.
