Paul was a tremendous help in guiding my wife and I over many obsticles to purchase our townhome. We were three years removed from our bankruptcy and finally able to purchase a home. We plan on using him to sell our house and buy our new one when the time comes for us to upgrade. UPDATE. We have now used Paul for our 3rd transaction. We had to sell our townhome and upgrade to a house so my mom could move in. Once again, he was so patient with us. We had to have a certain set-up and that meant driving all over Northern Colorado until we could find that in our price range. He always made a showing happen no matter what and always answered/returned my calls as soon as he could. I can not recommend Paul enough! As long as we are in Colorado we will always use Paul.
