I was making a logistically difficult move from California, moving both my house and business in a very short time, while coordinating the quick sale of my California home with the purchase of a new one in Loveland. For more than two months before making a trip here, Paul worked with me by phone and internet as my plans solidified, keeping me updated on the market but also conferring with me about the general logistical difficulties of making this move. I had one day to be in Loveland and find a home - and we did. This was no easy feat considering the low inventory and hot market. I'm sure all of his help the previous two months was a big factor in making this happen and making a decision. Paul also continued to help me with making preparations to move into my new home, visiting the house to take measurements, making sure the house would be ready, etc. In the end, it was only 7 weeks from the time I had a contract on my old home to the time I closed and moved into on my new one in Loveland. Paul was always cheerful, patient, helpful, very generous with his time by phone, and calm during a stressful period for me. When my boyfriend and I first started the process of searching for a home to buy, we were originally "working" with a different realtor at a completely different company. Along with unanswered e-mails, phone calls & texts, this other realtor was continuously unable to schedule any showings nor did she ever provide suggestions for other homes that were available and met our criteria. We had a "deadline" of when we wanted to be in a new home by and felt like we were getting nowhere with her. Needless to say, we were wanting to work with someone who would be (more) helpful and that's when we found Paul. Paul met with us the very next day after initial contact and after discussing what we wanted in a home, put us on his e-mail notifications for homes in the area. He responded to every call and/or text (even the late-night ones) and personally showed us every home we wanted to see. He was professional in every sense of the word while still being friendly, funny and easy to talk to (which made this whole process that much more enjoyable)! He let us know well in advance if he was going to be preoccupied with other clients and got us in contact with his "understudy." He was knowledgeable about all the neighborhoods and surrounding areas, full of sound advice and thoughtful suggestions. He was very encouraging and empathetic while relaying the bad news of an offer not being accepted. Paul stuck with us til the very end and helped celebrate the purchase of our first home with champagne and a sincere house-warming present. The first realtor we "worked" with left a bad taste in our mouths, but Paul was able to prove that he was the right choice for us.
