I very much appreciated working with Paul to buy our property. Colorado's front range is explosively expensive. I was buying a quite inexpensive (comparatively) property and yet Paul's dedication toward helping me through each step of the process was as if he would be getting the commission of a million dollar property. We decided to build a house and picked Paul from an ad new homes. He set up meetings with builders, steering us away from the busy parts of town to the quieter parts. During the building process he contacted us several times on his own just to touch base and see how we were doing, and if there was anything he could do. Whenever we had a question he was responsive and contacted the builder within a day and helped to resolve any issues. I generally don't make recommendations but in this case I would definitely recommend Paul.

Our experience with Paul was a great one. He never pushed or tried to "sell" us. He was quick to drop everything for a showing, went to all lengths to find us the home that was the right fit. Paul is personable and easy going, he made our home purchase seamless! We will use him for future purchases and sales!

Re-locating a long distance can be challenging in any housing market, but the Denver market has EXPLODED and you really need someone that can advise and help guide you through the rough waters. Without a doubt, that person would be Paul Jansen. My and wife and I were referred to Paul and we began our process to find a new house in the Denver-area September 2014. We realized very quickly that this was truly a seller market, in some instances we were being bid out by 50,000 on houses throughout the area. We turned to Paul for help, being that we could not travel to Denver each weekend to view homes, Paul offered to do a personal video tour of each house that wished to preview. Paul would record a 20-25 minute of house and send us the video within 3 hours of viewing the house, so that we could keep up with other buyers in the market. After several videos, we found a beautiful house that we absolutely love and can not thank Paul enough for all of his help.
