Paul helped me purchase my retirement home in Longmont and I can not thank him enough. I had seen a unit in the complex but never have actually seen my unit yet. But with the inspection report and a walk around with face time I feel completely comfortable with the purchase. The contracts are complicated and couldn't imagination wading through them with out someone as experienced and thorough as Paul.
